Screening Test again :(

Then there was announcement of the screening test for division of students who opted for IIT coaching in second year too. There was an offer. We can drop from IIT sections and prepare for AIEEE and EAMCET. I decided to give the screening test a try. So did my friends Nikhil and Vishwa. We decided before hand , not to get our lives in a mess by preparing for the most prestigious exam in the country. What if we don't get qualified???. If we were in IIT sections we couldn’t practice for Eamcet, as it needs a lot of practice than intelligence. So we didn’t want to take risk, but we just wanted to test our luck in the screening test. Just three days more for screening test. In math we had differentiability , curves etc. I really loved them. Our math lecturer was Mr. Nithin Sohane. I never missed his class. He may not be a great teacher , but the topic was great. I simply loved differentiation. I don’t know why, it was the most dreaded topic of mine in the beginning. But I soon started to like it and eventually I loved it.
In physics we had Work-Power-Energy and Fluid Mechanics. In the former one there is not much to learn except the basics. Only one formula. WORK=integral(FdS) that was an easy one.
Fluid Mechanics. We needed to work on. But we never did. Just heard in the class and were ready for screening test. The last 3 days before the screening test we were gossiping and talking endlessly, me, Nikhil and Vishwa.. on the days of the test I slept for eight hours and my mind was very free. I wrote them with a free mind as they had nothing to do with my career. I got 82nd rank.. I remember if I had got 2 marks more, I could have been in the first section… with all the great minds of gowtham college. I got some confidence. Vishwa too got a good rank, below 100. I learned a new thing that day. ANY EXAM, BE COOL AND U CAN DO WELL. We decided to continue in IIT sections. But Nikhil was reluctant. Even though he was the cleverest of the three, he didn’t fare so well in the exam. He opted for AIEEE , while me and vishwa packed to the main campus.
